In Matthew 6:6, it says “But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly”.
On the flip side in the old Testament, we see Daniel praying openly at his window where everyone in Babylon could see.
How do we know when we should pray in secret or in open?
How could Lot be called righteous in 2 Peter 2:7-8 when he did many bad things as recorded in Genesis 19
