Why did William Miller failed to have a heavenly wisdom through the Holy Spirit to discern the error that he was doing with regards to his interpretation of the event that would take place at the end of the 2300 day prophecy? Didn’t he prayed and asked for the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit before studying the Bible? If Yes, then why didn’t he listen that Jesus will be entering to the Most Holy Place? Why is Jesus referred to as “begotten son” In John 3:16? He has existed from eternity, hasn’t he?

1 Corinthians 16:13“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” Is acting like a men part of becoming strong? And we should rather act like Jesus, right?

How could I practically/actually apply God’s word in dealing with romantic rejection in a Christian or more specifically in a Seventh-day Adventist way?

I often get teary eyed whenever I’m having deep thoughts of what Jesus had gone through the Calvary, the same way I’ve been feeling whenever I partake the bread and wine (grape juice) during communion service. So I’m delighted learning that pride and self-worship cannot flourish in the soul that keeps fresh in memory the scenes of Calvary. But Sister White also emphasized that the communion service was not to be a season of sorrowing. This was not its purpose. How could I keep a fresh memory of the Calvary without sorrowing?

As a Christian, are we required to be everybody’s friend? What if some people are just acquaintance to me, it’s not that I’m rejecting them but it’s part of my personality being an introvert. Am I misrepresenting Jesus by just greeting other people and not being close friends with them?
