Back in the study of God’s 10 Promises. I learned that “He who rejects the rightful authority of his parents, rejects the authority of God.” Does that mean I have to obey my parents if they want me to get married? Will I be rejecting the authority of God if I don’t?
Please can you sort out the puzzle of resurrection. From the book of Mark we are certain that Christ rose on Sunday. Christ is the first fruit and he ascended to heaven to present himself before the father. Leviticus says on the 16th day of the Nisan month first fruit offerings were made. So every year first fruit offering being made on the 16th day, so then 16th day of Nisan (March) should be Sunday, as it pointed to resurrection of Jesus in the future. In Great Controversy, Satan fights till the end (even at the time of second resurruction). Does this mean he sees some hope of winning? Or maybe revenge?
In the Bible, God allows remarriage if the spouse dies.But what about the case of Enoch’s and Moses’ spouses, whose husbands didn’t die but were translated to Heaven?
