Did Judas Iscariot have a bit sincerity in his heart when he was one of the twelve disciples of Christ? Or it was an utterly show off?
Matthew 26:39 says, “And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.”
Did Jesus redeem us by His own volition or He did that out of obedience to God the Father?
Some of the disciples had to be far away from their wives to follow Jesus. Does it imply that as long as an individual is with Jesus and doing His gospel work, he could be far away from his wife and yet will be fine?
Last vespers in our group discussion, a brother said that Adam was busy naming the animals when Eve was tempted by the serpent. Another said that naming the animals was God’s ordered task to Adam. Did Adam neglect his wife Eve while following GOD?
Baptism symbolized that we (church) got married to Christ. But Christ is in Heaven which likely denotes that the church is in a Long distance relationship aka LDR with Christ after baptism. Since Christ is like the husband and the church is like the wife, is it fine for the husband and wife to be far away from each other after their wedding?
A church elder testified that while he was working in a bakery the enemy put his hand inside the big bread moulder. “Why would I put my own hand inside it?” he added. Is that so? Is the enemy capable of putting our hands inside a machine to hurt us?
In John 2:4, Jesus said that His hour has not yet come. If so, why did He still proceed with making His first miracle when He was in Cana of Galilee by turning the water into wine?
Exodus 34:14 mentioned that the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.
The LORD has all the right to be jealous cause He is our Maker and King. How about the humans who are getting jealous whenever someone else could impress someone they like? Are they committing sin by feeling that way?
