Psalm 19: 7-8:
The law of the Lord is perfect, [a]converting the soul;
The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;
The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes;
Please give the difference between the Law,. Testimony, Statutes, Commandments and what each one is please?

In Matthew 5:22, Jesus said that whoever calls another a fool will be in danger of hell fire. But I’ve seen in some places in the Bible, such as in the Psalms, where the word “fool” is used. For example “the fool says in his heart ‘there is no God'”. Paul also in his letter to the Galatians calls them “foolish”. But upon reading further, I see that Paul doesn’t do this out of contempt but out of pity and concern. But does this mean that it is still okay to say?
