Does one need to be fully surrendered in order to share the gospel? Many times I feel unqualified to share the gospel because I am not fully surrendered.

When I talk to God about something that upsets me, I often find myself using bad language out of frustration, since it has sadly become a habit for me to do so when I get angry at anyone or anything. What does it really mean?
